Join us for a nourishing, experiential workshop in nature, held in a safe and intimate setting.

Through guided practices and group sharing, we’ll explore how our relationship with plants can support a deeper connection to our body and inner wisdom.

Together, we’ll slow down, tune in, and let the natural world guide us back to ourselves.

The Herbal Hearth offers us an idyllic venue in the middle of nature’s bounty: garden, forest, river and mountains.
